Child Safety Standards and Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Zawaj Bridge

1. Purpose and Scope

Zawaj Bridge is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to the Zawaj Bridge application, website, profiles, uploaded content, in-app support or matchmaker communications, and any other service operated by Zarina Match FZ-LLC under the Zawaj Bridge brand.

2. Adults-Only Service

Zawaj Bridge is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and over. Minors are not permitted to register for, access, or use the service. If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict or terminate the account and take any additional action required by applicable law and our safety obligations.

3. Zero-Tolerance Standard

Zawaj Bridge explicitly prohibits any content, conduct, request, communication, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the conduct occurs through a profile, photo, upload, message, support communication, assessment, or any other feature of the service.

4. Definitions

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes conduct or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sexual purposes, coercion, solicitation of sexual content involving a child, or other forms of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) includes any visual depiction, including photos, videos, digital or computer-generated imagery, that depicts or represents a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct or otherwise constitutes child sexual abuse material under applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

• Creating, uploading, requesting, possessing, sharing, distributing, promoting, or facilitating CSAM.
• Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual activity or exploitation.
• Sextortion, sexual coercion, threats, blackmail, or attempts to obtain sexual images or sexual acts involving a child.
• Sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a child.
• Sexualized depictions, comments, communications, or behavior involving minors.
• Using Zawaj Bridge to identify, contact, recruit, solicit, or exploit a minor for sexual purposes.
• Any attempt to evade age restrictions, safety controls, investigations, or enforcement relating to child safety.

6. Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

Users may report child-safety concerns through the in-app support or matchmaker communication channel available within the Zawaj Bridge application. Reports may also be sent to our designated child-safety contact at support@zawajbridge.com. Please include enough information for us to identify and review the concern, but do not forward, reproduce, or redistribute suspected CSAM when making a report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services without delay.

7. How Zawaj Bridge Responds

When Zawaj Bridge obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Promptly restricting or removing prohibited content or disabling access to it.
• Suspending or terminating accounts involved in prohibited activity.
• Preserving relevant information or evidence where lawful and necessary for safety, investigation, or legal compliance.
• Escalating the matter internally to the designated child-safety contact.
• Cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities.

8. CSAM Reporting and Legal Compliance

Zawaj Bridge complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where required by applicable law or relevant reporting obligations, confirmed CSAM or related child-exploitation conduct will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate regional, national, or local authority. Nothing in these standards limits our ability to take immediate protective action when necessary.

9. Enforcement

Violations of these standards may result in immediate removal of content, account restriction, suspension, permanent termination, blocking from future use of Zawaj Bridge, preservation of relevant records, and referral to competent authorities where appropriate or legally required.

10. Privacy and Handling of Reports

Child-safety reports are handled on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with the Zawaj Bridge Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may disclose information when necessary to protect a child, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, preserve evidence, or support an investigation. We cannot guarantee confidentiality where disclosure is legally required or necessary to address an immediate safety risk.

11. Designated Child-Safety Contact

The designated contact is responsible for receiving child-safety notifications, coordinating internal review and enforcement, and responding to relevant communications from Google Play or competent authorities.

12. Updates to These Standards

Zawaj Bridge may update these standards to reflect changes in law, platform requirements, safety practices, or the operation of the service. The current version will remain publicly available on the Zawaj Bridge website.
