How the Zawaj Bridge Process Works

Zawaj Bridge follows a structured introduction process designed to protect privacy, sincerity, and intentional marriage conversations. The process differs slightly for men and women to maintain balance and ensure thoughtful introductions.

Download the App & Complete Your Profile

Men begin by downloading the Zawaj Bridge app and completing their profile with key information about their background, values, and preferences.

Each profile is carefully reviewed to ensure the platform remains focused on individuals who are genuinely serious about marriage. In some cases, a short video
call with a matchmaker may be arranged to better understand the candidate’s expectations, values, and the qualities they are seeking in a spouse.

This step allows the matchmaker team to gain a deeper understanding of each member and helps ensure that future match suggestions are thoughtful and meaningful.

Step 02

Curated Matches & Profile Requests

Potential matches are suggested through a combination of compatibility matchmaker guidance and algorithms. Men may request access to view the full profile of one candidate at a time. If the woman approves the request, the man is granted full access to her profile, including her name and photos. Contact information remains private within the platform.

After Approval

  • The man is notified through both the app and email that profile access has been granted.
  • The introduction stage begins, allowing both individuals to review each other's profiles and begin the conversation process within the platform.

Step 03

Guided Introduction Calls

Once profile access is approved, the introduction stage begins with a series of three structured video calls. The man schedules each call by selecting a suitable time from the availability timetable of both the woman and the matchmaker, which appears in the app. Each call takes place via Zoom and is supervised by a matchmaker to ensure the conversation remains respectful and productive. After every call, both participants provide private feedback before proceeding.

Step 04

Decision & Continuation

After the three guided calls are completed, the introduction cycle concludes. At this stage, both individuals decide whether they wish to continue exploring the match. If both participants choose to proceed, a continuation package may be offered to support the next steps toward marriage. This may include additional guidance and services such as Mazoon coordination, marriage witness services, cross-border relocation support, and other assistance designed to help couples move forward with clarity and confidence.

Request an Invitation & App Download

Women interested in joining Zawaj Bridge may request an invitation by completing a short form on our website or in the app. This helps us maintain a thoughtful and balanced introduction environment.

The Zawaj Bridge app must be downloaded, but access is granted only after requesting an invitation and receiving an invitation code by email.

Participation for women is free of charge, while men join through a membership subscription.

Zawaj Bridge is designed to maintain privacy, safety, and trust, and personal information is never publicly visible within the platform.

Step 02

Matchmaker Review & Invitation Code

Each request is reviewed by our matchmaker team. Most requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

If approved, an invitation code will be sent by email, allowing you to activate your account in the Zawaj Bridge app.

Step 03

Create Your Profile

After entering the invitation code in the app, you will be able to create your profile by sharing information about your background, values, and expectations for marriage.

In many cases, a short video conversation with a matchmaker may be arranged to better understand the candidate’s character, expectations, intentions toward marriage, and qualities she is seeking in a spouse.

Step 04

Guided Introduction Calls

Once your profile is approved, you may begin receiving profile access requests from compatible candidates. You may grant access to one candidate at a time. After granting access, you can provide your availability to schedule guided video calls, which take place under the supervision of a matchmaker.

A matchmaker supervises the introduction process, which includes up to three video calls, with private feedback collected after each conversation.

Throughout this stage, the woman’s comfort and control remain a priority, and she may provide respectful feedback after each call to help guide the process.

Step 05

Final Decision

After the third call, the introduction cycle concludes and both individuals privately decide whether they wish to continue exploring the match.

Women may involve their family or wali at any stage of the process if they wish.
